First thing that we ask you to do is an Intake Form which gives us a snapshot of your overall health. Some conditions may restrict you from getting a massage. This forms also gives us consent to treat you.

Upon reviewing your Intake Form, we will discuss your expectations and pinpoint areas that you want to focus on.

It is normal to be nervous! You may be doing this for the first time and it may be out of your comfort zone, but be rest assured that this is the step into taking care of your health and well being.

Communication is very important! This is all about you and we want to ensure that you feel comfortable to communicate what your needs are and what you like and dislike before and during the session.

You will be asked to undress to your comfort level. If you prefer to wear clothing, wear something loose and comfortable. This will determine the type of massage that will be administered.

During the entire session, you will be covered and only the areas worked on will be uncovered.

Please communicate your level of comfort ,pressure and areas of concern.
